OUR PROMISE TO YOU

As an extra service to our clients, we provide complimentary cleaning, polishing, and inspection of all fine jewelry purchased from RONI TOCHNER. In addition to routine maintenance, with any purchase, most sizing and center stone setting is done in-house, and at no charge. Occasionally, jewelry is sent to the original designer for special alterations, setting or repairs. We will individually determine the best way to handle each customer’s repair needs at the time of service. If a repair, sizing or setting will require a service fee, it will be thoroughly explained before the work is done. Our goal will always be to exceed expectations and to treat our customers honestly and fairly.
